Classes & fees

Classes run as a “course” and places need to be booked and paid in advance (see booking instructions for each course below).  


If you miss the start of the course you can join mid-way and pay for the number of classes remaining.


Class details July 2019


Types of class


bumpercise/ Mums, Tums & Bums – conditioning class (without a cardiovascular workout).  Suitable for all pregnant and postnatal women.


Mums & Babies – conditioning and cardiovascular workout using a “circuits” and “interval training” approach. You will exercise with your baby in their pram, pram pushing at times and keeping them close throughout your workout. Suitable for all postnatal women.


Mums, Tums & Bums advanced – includes conditioning and a high impact cardiovascular workout, taking an “interval training” approach.  A more advanced class for postnatal women with babies more than 5 /6 months old. There’s no cut off point , so even if your child is 2,6 or 10 years old you’re still very welcome to join us.


Each class includes 1 hour of exercise, a chance to learn and ask questions about exercising during pregnancy/after having a baby and time to chat to other class members.
