Classes & fees

Classes run as a "course" and places need to be booked, and in most cases paid in advance (see booking instructions for each course below).  

 

If you miss the start of the course you can join mid-way and pay for the number of classes remaining.

 

A  FREE "catch-up" session will be run during the term in case you missed any classes.

Mums, Tums & Bums - includes conditioning and a cardiovascular workout.  A more advanced class for postnatal women with babies more than 5 /6 months old

 

Each class includes 60 minutes of exercise and time to socialise with other class members
