one-to-one training sessions
If you prefer to work with me individually rather than joining a class, I provide one-to-one training sessions for pregnant and postnatal women. I can work with you in your own home, or at a convenient venue. I am available most daytimes, evenings or weekends.
I can work with you at any stage of your pregnancy and as soon as you’ve had your postnatal check-up. Your baby is very welcome to join us at the training sessions - or you may prefer some time out for yourself.
