bumpercise, Mums, Tums & Bums and Mums & Babies are specialised antenatal and postnatal exercise classes to help you feel better during pregnancy and get back into shape after having a baby.

 

Mums & Babies daytime class means you can exercise with your baby without the stress of arranging childcare.  

 

Small, friendly classes in Tittensor & Walton

Babies are welcome at Mums, Tums & Bums (until crawling) and are part of the Mums & Babies Class

You can join anytime during pregnancy or after your postnatal check-up

 

These classes are currently on hold due to Covid-19 and social distancing.  Please let me know if you’d like to receive details of classes when they return.
