bumpercise and Mums, Tums & Bums are specialised antenatal and postnatal exercise classes to help you feel better during pregnancy and get back into shape after having a baby.

One-to-one training sessions also available.

 

You can join anytime during pregnancy or after your postnatal check-up.

 

Sorry I am not able to help you at the moment but I am currently on  Maternity Leave and not teaching.  Classes will start again in March 2010.  Please check this website nearer the time for details.
